You can make money by setting up your own flea market to sell wholesale men's clothing. You can either be the exclusive vendor at your market for mens apparel, or you can allow other vendors to sell mens clothes provided that they don't carry the same items as you do. Even if you will be facing competition from these vendors, you will still be making money by renting the spots to them.
